1. Preamble
The AutoRent.ma service (hereinafter "the Service") is published and operated by Triggerz Design Studio, a company organized under Moroccan law and registered with the Casablanca commercial registry, whose registered office is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands (hereinafter "the Publisher").
AutoRent.ma offers a SaaS (Software as a Service) software platform intended for car rental professionals operating in Morocco, allowing them to manage their fleet, bookings, payments and online presence.
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "the Terms") aim to define the conditions under which the Publisher makes the Service available to its customers (hereinafter "the User" or "the Client").
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below:
- Service: the AutoRent.ma SaaS platform accessible via the autorent.ma website and its associated subdomains.
- Account: the secure personal area assigned to the User after registration.
- Plan: the subscription tier subscribed to by the User (Trial, Basic, Pro, Business).
- Content: any data entered, imported or stored by the User on the Service (vehicle catalog, bookings, customers, media).
- Party: refers indifferently to the Publisher or the User.
3. Acceptance of terms
Registration for the Service constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The User acknowledges having read the Terms prior to any subscription and declares having the legal capacity required to enter into this agreement.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. Modifications will be notified to the User by email at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Failing termination by the User within this period, the new Terms will be deemed accepted.
4. Service description
Depending on the Plan subscribed, AutoRent.ma offers the following features:
- Multilingual customer website (six languages) with online booking system;
- Administration dashboard for fleet and bookings;
- Integrated online payment module (CMI, bank transfer, cash);
- Marketing tools (Google Ads, accounting exports, reports);
- Hosting, daily backups and updates included.

5. Registration and account
Registration for the Service requires creating an Account. The User undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information (company name, tax ID, address, contact). Any incorrect information may result in suspension of the Account.
The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any action carried out from their Account is deemed to have been carried out by them. In the event of suspected fraudulent use, the User must inform the Publisher without delay.
6. Pricing and payment
Current prices are published on the Pricing page and expressed exclusive of tax in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Value-added tax at the rate of 20% applies in accordance with Moroccan legislation.
Payment is made by bank card via the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), by bank transfer or by payment at a Triggerz office. Billing is monthly or annual at the User's choice. If the annual option is selected, a discount applies under the conditions displayed at the time of subscription.
Any payment delay exceeding fifteen (15) days may result in automatic suspension of the Account, after a formal notice that has remained without effect. Late payment penalties may be applied at the prevailing legal rate.
7. Trial period
The Service is offered as a free trial for a period of fourteen (14) days, with no banking details required. At the end of this period, the User is free to choose to subscribe to a paid Plan or to stop using the Service. No automatic charge takes place at the end of the trial.
Data entered during the trial period is kept for thirty (30) days after its expiry. Beyond that, it is permanently deleted, unless a paid Plan is subscribed.
8. User obligations
The User undertakes to:
- Use the Service in accordance with its purpose and in compliance with the laws and regulations in force in Morocco;
- Not impair the security, integrity or availability of the Service;
- Not use the Service to disseminate unlawful, defamatory, offensive content or content contrary to public morality;
- Respect the rights of third parties, in particular intellectual property rights;
- Not attempt to circumvent the technical or commercial limitations of the subscribed Plan;
- Guarantee the accuracy of the information communicated to their own customers via the Service.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its interfaces, source code, graphic design, documentation and all elements that compose it are the exclusive property of the Publisher or are licensed to it. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
The User retains full ownership of the Content they upload to the Service. They grant the Publisher, for the sole duration of the subscription and solely for the purposes of operating the Service, a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce and display this Content.
10. Service availability (SLA)
The Publisher undertakes to implement reasonable technical means to ensure availability of the Service at the following levels:
- Basic Plan: 99% monthly availability;
- Pro Plan: 99.5% monthly availability;
- Business Plan: 99.9% monthly availability.
Excluded from the availability calculation are: scheduled maintenance operations (notified at least 48 hours in advance), force majeure events, failures by third-party connectivity providers, and unavailability resulting from non-compliant use by the User.
11. Data and privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Moroccan data protection law 09-08 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
The Publisher implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures (TLS encryption, encrypted backups, access control, logging) to protect data against loss, alteration or unauthorized access.
12. Termination
The User may terminate their subscription at any time from their dashboard or by contacting support. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is made for prepaid annual payments, unless required by law.
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's Account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, after a formal notice that has remained without effect for eight (8) days. In the event of a breach affecting the security of the Service or the rights of third parties, termination may be immediate.
Upon termination, the User has a period of thirty (30) days to export their data. Beyond that, it will be permanently deleted from production servers, except where a legal retention obligation applies.
13. Limitation of liability
The Publisher provides the Service with diligence and according to industry best practices. Its liability cannot, however, be engaged for indirect damages suffered by the User, in particular loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of customers or any commercial loss.
In any event, and except in the case of gross or intentional fault, the Publisher's total cumulative liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law, in particular the code of obligations and contracts, the commercial code and Moroccan data protection law 09-08.
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the Parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
